Under Live Nation I was house staff at the Fillmore Miami Beach working as the Backstage Experience Coordinator. I worked directly with incoming special events and tours to ensure a seamless experience for all involved. In my role I advanced all incoming tours and special events’ backstage needs. This included catering, cash buyouts, and the procurement + organization of artist riders; as well as booking unique experiences for incoming tours to enjoy during their time at the venue. While ensuring accurate fulfillment of performers' preferences and requirements within budget constraints, I maintained detailed records of inventory levels and replenished supplies as needed to meet both artist and venue needs.

Being the Backstage Experience Coordinator, I managed a staff of 3 PAs and also worked with various runners on a show-by-show basis.
This position required me to collaborate with diverse teams, including production, security, catering, technical staff, and outside vendors, to achieve a cohesive event experience.

I have worked with artists such as David Byrne, Sting, WILCO, T Pain, PartyNextDoor, Mitski, the Marias, Ken Carson, Lucki, Sean Paul, Anitta, Jacob Collier, the Teskey Brothers, and many many more.
