Managed multiple staff camping lots and coordinated check-ins, space assignments, and site guidelines as well as troubleshooting any issues with RVs or containers. Served as on-site support from pre-build through teardown, ensuring smooth daily operations. Coordinated power hookups, identified and resolved generator or electrical issues, and escalated complex problems to technical teams. Monitored bathroom and hygiene facilities, reported maintenance needs, and ensured consistent cleanliness and usability. Also documented incidents, tracked issues, and relayed updates to the management team daily. Some shifts included cross collaborating with our decor team, helping to pre-build items, source materials, and organizing the Enhanced Experiences boneyard in our lot.
