Managed a team of 20+ line staff during events and their credentials. Greeted guests and answered questions about events, seating, pricing, and venue policies. Verified tickets, checked-in attendees, and resolved entry issues quickly and professionally. Processed ticket sales, upgrades, and will call pick-ups accurately using ticketing and POS systems. Made sure issues were properly escalated and protocol was being followed. Also helped manage high-volume lines efficiently, maintaining a calm and organized environment. I have used DICE, SeeTickets, Ticketmaster Resale, and FrontGateTickets while in this role. As a Lead at Factory Town, I had a team of 3 PAs whose hours I would manage during the event(s).
