Working for Insomniac I have worked several festivals as ticketing staff. These roles have been as a will call scanner, box office representative, and ticket help at festival gates to help troubleshoot patron ticketing issues. I have also worked locally as Box Office Lead for the Factory Town venue in Miami, FL.
